Introduction

Welcome to Landscapers Ruislip. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our landscaping services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Definitions

Client: The individual or entity hiring our services.
Services: All landscaping activities provided by Landscapers Ruislip.
Agreement: The contract formed between the Client and Landscapers Ruislip.

Services

We offer a comprehensive range of landscaping services, including but not limited to:

Garden design and planning
Lawn maintenance
Planting and pruning
Hardscaping installations
Seasonal clean-ups

All services are subject to the specific terms outlined in this Agreement.

Booking and Scheduling

To schedule our services, Clients must:

Submit a booking request through our designated channels.
Provide accurate information regarding the scope of work.
Confirm the appointment within the specified timeframe.

We endeavor to accommodate all scheduling requests; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Terms

Clients are required to adhere to the following payment terms:

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the quote.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:

Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost may apply.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date.

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case Clients will be notified promptly and offered alternative arrangements.

Liability

Landscapers Ruislip is committed to providing high-quality services. However:

We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions on the Client's property.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their property is safe and accessible for our team.
In the unlikely event of accidental damage, we will assess and rectify the situation in a timely manner.

Our liability is limited to the total value of the services provided.

Warranties

We provide the following warranties:

All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of service completion.
Any defects arising from our services will be addressed at no additional cost to the Client.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by external factors such as weather events or improper maintenance by the Client.

It is the Client's responsibility to report any issues within the warranty period.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

Both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the matter.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be escalated to mediation.
Legal action will be considered only as a last resort after other avenues have been exhausted.

All disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws governing this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.

Amendments

Landscapers Ruislip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the Client and Landscapers Ruislip, superseding all prior agreements and understandings related to the services provided.
